This package is designed to ensure your kitten receives all the necessary preventive care in their first year.


At Compassionate Care Animal Hospital, we want to start your kitten off on the right paw in life by ensuring that her unique wellness needs are met. Our kitten package is designed to ensure that your kitten receives all necessary preventive care in her first year. We also understand that the cost of providing this care for your kitten can be significant. This package offers an overall discount for these important services and allows for reasonable and predictable monthly payments over 12 months.

Includes:

Physical Exams
A complete physical exam is important for identifying and addressing problems early. Complete physical exams (Unlimited!) are included for ALL wellness or medical visits for one year.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations are necessary to protect your kitten against infectious diseases. All routine vaccinations for the first year are included.
Fecal Analysis (2)
Package includes two fecal screens to identify intestinal parasites that are common in kittens.
Routine Deworming (2)
Package includes 12 doses of Revolution and two doses of dewormer to treat for roundworms and hookworms which are common in kittens.
FeLV/FIV Test
Feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus, two transmissible and fatal infections, can be acquired in utero or while nursing so testing kittens is essential.
Ten Toenail Trims during the package period
A toenail trim will be performed at each wellness visit.
Ear Swab/Cytology (2)
Package includes two ear swabs to check for ear mites and bacterial/fungal ear infections which can be common in kittens.
Pre-surgical Bloodwork
Bloodwork will be performed prior to your kitten’s spay or neuter to assess overall health prior to anesthesia as well as to establish a baseline for the future.
Spay or Neuter
It is important to spay or neuter for your kitten’s health and behavior and also to prevent pet overpopulation. Spaying or neutering your kitten is recommended at 6 to 8 months of age.
Microchip Implantation
Should your kitten ever get lost, a microchip can help get reunite you quickly. A microchip, the size of a grain of rice, is typically inserted at the time of spay or neuter.
